To register and reserve an exhibit space, exhibitors must pay by check or credit card. Checks are acceptable from US bank checking accounts only and should be written for the amount of purchase only.

Cancellation/Reduction of Space Policy

Cancellation/Reduction of Space Cancellations and requests for reduction of space must be made in writing to Conference Management Associates. Written cancellations and reductions received by February 29, 2008 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for space cancelled after February 29, 2008.
